Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance through a job satisfaction at PTPN IV Medan. To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PTPN IV Medan. To analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction at PTPN IV Medan. This research method uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The population in this study were all employees at PTPN IV Medan, North Sumatra totaling 600 people. The sample method used is probability sampling, the sampling technique uses simple random sampling, so the number of samples used in this study is 254 respondents. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PTPN IV Medan. Organizational culture, leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PTPN IV Medan. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance at PTPN IV Medan. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di PTPN IV Medan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN IV Medan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di PTPN IV Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PTPN IV Medan Sumatera Utara berjumlah 600 orang. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 254 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di PTPN IV Medan. Budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan teradap kinerja karyawan di PTPN IV Medan. Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN IV Medan.
