Abstract

The aim of this study is to know is there an effect of work stress and social support on turnover intention among barista workers in the Tangerang City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the subject of barista workers in Tangerang City. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The results of the study show that there is an effect of work stress and social support on turnover intention of barista workers in Tangerang City. The work stress variable has a positive effect on turnover intention, it means if work stress increases turnover intention will also increase, while the social support variable has a negative effect on turnover intention, it means if social support increases turnover intention will decreases and if social support decreases turnover intention will increases. Turnover intention is influenced by work stress and social suppoer by 16,8%. Keyword : Work Stress, Social Support, Turnover intention, Barista Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh stres kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap turnover intention pada pekerja barista di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan subjek pekerja barista yang ada di Kota Tangerang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh stres kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap turnover intention pada pekerja barista di Kota Tangerang. Variabel stres kerja berpangaruh positif terhadap turnover intention dengan artian jika stres kerja naik maka turnover intention juga akan naik, sedangkan variabel dukungan sosial berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan artian jika dukungan sosial naik maka turnover intention turun dan sebaliknya jika dukungan sosial turun maka turnover intention naik. Turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja dan dukungan sosial sebesar 16,8%. Kata Kunci : Stres kerja, Dukungan sosial, Turnover intention, Barista
