Abstract

Every human being has a different communication style. Including leaders in the company, every company always has a leader and communication style between one leader and other leaders which is not same. The success and smoothness of a company, both as a whole or as various groups in a particular company, very much depends on the effectiveness, comfort, work relationships and leadership. This research focuses on six communication styles, controlling styles, equalitarian style, structuring style, dynamic style, relinguishing style, withdrawal style. The concept theory that supports this research is the leader communication style. This research is descriptive with data collection techniques by interviewing informants who works at the Permata Bank Tomang Branch Office, Jakarta. The results showed that the leader’s communication style of permata bank tomang was effective in building internal relations leads to The Equalitarian Style communication style. That communication style is effective and is often used when carrying out their duties as a leader in the company, The Equalitarian Style emphasizes the existence of two-way communication and it happens to the communication style used by the leader here that allows two-way communication to make work processes and work relationship easier and better. Keywords : Leader, Communication, Communication Style, Internal Relations Setiap manusia memiliki gaya komunikasi yang berbeda-beda. Termasuk pimpinan dalam perusahaan, setiap perusahaan selalu memiliki seorang pemimpin dan gaya komunikasi anatara satu pimpinan dengan pimpinan lainnya tidak sama. Keberhasilan dan kelancaran pada suatu perusahaan, baik secara keseluruhan maupun berbagai kelompok dalam suatu perusahaan tertentu, sangat tergantung pada efektivitas, kenyamanan, hubungan kerja dan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini fokus pada enam gaya komunikasi controlling style, equalitarian style, structuring style, dynamic style, relinguishing style, withdrawal style. Teori konsep yang mendukung penelitian ini adalah gaya komuniasi pemimpin. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara kepada narasumber yang berada di Kantor Cabang Pembantu Bank Permata Tomang, Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya komunikasi pada Kepala Cabang Kantor Cabang Pembantu Bank Permata Tomang efektif dalam membangun hubungan internal mengarah pada gaya komunikasi The Equalitarian Style. Yang dimana gaya komunikasi ini efektif dan sering digunakan pada saat menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pemimpin di perusahaan tersebut, The Equalitarian Style menekankan adanya komunikasi dua arah dan hal itu terjadi pada gaya komunikasi yang digunakan pemimpin disini yang memungkinkan komunikasi dua arah memudahkan dan membuat proses kerja, hubungan kerja lebih baik.
