Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the influence of competence, motivation and work environment on the performance of PT employees. Sinar Makmur Lestarindo. Independent variables obtained from the results of the preliminary survey are competence, work motivation and the work environment. While the dependent variance obtained is employee performance. The population used is employees of PT. Sinar Makmur Lestarindo. The sample used in this study was as many as 40 employees taken using non probability sampling techniques. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, this study shows that competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, as well as the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinar Makmur Lestarindo. Variabel independen yang didapatkan dari hasil survei pendahuluan adalah kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan keja. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang didapatkan adalah kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT. Sinar Makmur Lestarindo. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Non probability Sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan dekriptif kuantitatif, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
