Abstract

The e-KTP corruption case is one of the biggest corruption cases ever happened in Indonesia. This is evident from the large amount of deviation in funds e-KTP project which reached Rp2.31 trillion. In addition, the public was also surprised by the mention of the big names involved in the e-KTP corruption case. such as DPR Speaker Setya Novanto, former DPR Speaker Marzuki Ali, and former Minister of the Interior who received the title of anti corruption award Gamawan Fauzi. The mass media is aggressively reporting on corruption cases of e-KTP. tvone is one of the media which aggressively preaches the corruption of e-KTP, raising the theme at ILC three times to meet. headlines.This shows the prominence of certain aspects that tvone wishes to convey through its reporting. Based on the background of the problem above, the writer wants to know how framing the Indonesian lawyers' club in reporting e-KTP corruption cases and how ILC constructed the reporting of e-KTP corruption cases. This study uses a constructivist research paradigm with discuss qualitative research. The research method used in this research is Robert N Etnman's framing analysis model that uses four analysis concepts, including defining the problem (meaning of the event), diagnosing the cause (determining the cause of the problem), making a moral judgment (argumentation), recommendations for treatment (use of the problem). Kasus korupsi e-KTP merupakan salah satu kasus korupsi terbesar yang pernah terjadi di Indonesia. Hal ini terbukti dari banyaknya nilai penyimpangan dana dalam proyek e-KTP yang mencapai Rp 2,31 triliun. Selain itu publik juga dikejutkan dengan penyebutan nama-nama besar yang diduga terlibat dalam kasus korupsi eKTP. seperti Ketua DPR Setya Novanto, mantan Ketua DPR Marzuki Ali, dan mantan Menteri Dalam Negeri yang mendapat predikat anti corruption award Gamawan Fauzi. Hal tersebut menjadi faktor mengapa media massa gencar memberitakan tentang kasus korupsi e- KTP. tvone merupakan salah satu media yang gencar memberitakan tentang korupsi e-KTP, mengangkat tema tersebut pada ILC tiga kali berturut turut. headline. Ini menunjukkan adanya penonjolan aspek-aspek tertentu yang ingin disampaikan oleh tvone melalui pemberitaannya. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah di atas, penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana framing indonesia lawyers club dalam memberitakan kasus korupsi e-KTP dan bagaimana ILC mengkonstruksi pemberitaan kasus korupsi e-KTP. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma penelitian konstruktivis dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis framing model Robert N Etnman yang menggunakan empat konsep analisis, antara lain define problem (pemaknaan terhadap peristiwa), diagnose causes (menentukan penyebab masalah), make moral judgement (memperkuat argumentasi), treatment recommendation (penyelesaian masalah).
