Abstract

In developed countries research on constructability is often carried out, even they have organizations that specifically deal with it, for example America (USA) there is the Constructability Industry Institute (CII) and the Australian Constructability Institute (ACII) in Australia. Research that has been carried out, among others, revolves around the topic of efforts to improve efficiency, quality and productivity that focuses on problems that often arise in construction projects, including lack of good preparation in the design process and detailed specifications, and lack of efficiency procedures at the design and design stages. Poor communication and coordination between the sections involved in the construction project stage which turned out to be very beneficial to the development of efficiency and productivity processes in the field. There are 13 factors of the BIM process variable. The most significant factor influencing the BIM process is the site layout investigation before carrying out the design process, coordinating the drawings and specifications used and considering the size and weight of the material so that it is safe for the implementation phase in the field. Trends or tendencies of design process factors that affect the constructability obtained in this study are increasing from the first month to the 18th month. The prediction accuracy of the model from the relationship of the design process to constructability is 78.3%. The structural scenario carried out on constructability, the scenario that has the most significant impact is to combine the four factors that can increase constructability. With a percentage change or increase of 38.47% from the initial model There are a number of suggestions that can be given in the context of the development of the research and things that still need to be improved so that it can be useful for further research and related parties. Keywords: Building Information Modelling, Constructability, Infrastructure, Dynamic system Di negara-negara maju penelitian tentang constructability sering dilakukan, bahkan mereka memiliki organisasi yang khusus menanganinya, misalnya Amerika (USA) ada Constructability Industry Institute (CII) dan Australian Constructability Institute (ACII) di Australia. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan antara lain berkisar pada topik upaya peningkatan efisiensi, kualitas dan produktivitas yang menitikberatkan pada masalah-masalah yang sering muncul dalam proyek konstruksi, antara lain kurang persiapan yang baik dalam proses desain dan spesifikasi detail, serta kurangnya prosedur efisiensi pada tahap desain dan perancangan. Komunikasi dan koordinasi yang kurang baik antar bagian yang terlibat dalam tahapan proyek konstruksi yang ternyata sangat bermanfaat bagi perkembangan proses efisiensi dan produktivitas di lapangan. Terdapat 13 faktor dari variabel proses BIM. Faktor yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi proses BIM adalah investigasi tata letak lokasi sebelum melakukan proses desain, mengkoordinasikan gambar dan spesifikasi yang digunakan serta mempertimbangkan ukuran dan berat material sehingga aman untuk tahap pelaksanaan di lapangan. Tren atau kecenderungan faktor proses desain yang mempengaruhi constructability yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini semakin meningkat dari bulan pertama sampai bulan ke-18. Akurasi prediksi model dari hubungan proses desain terhadap constructability adalah 78,3%. Skenario struktural yang dilakukan terhadap constructability, skenario yang memiliki dampak paling signifikan adalah dengan menggabungkan keempat faktor yang dapat meningkatkan constructability. Dengan persentase perubahan atau peningkatan sebesar 38,47% dari model awal. Ada beberapa saran yang dapat diberikan dalam rangka pengembangan penelitian dan hal-hal yang masih perlu diperbaiki sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan pihak-pihak terkait.
