Abstract

Jalan Komjen M. Jasin, Kelapa Dua Village, Depok City. West Java is a 2-lane 2-way primary collector road with heavy traffic and lots of heavy vehicles, so that it sometimes results in road damage. This of course will reduce the value of road conditions as well as sometimes user comfort and safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of pavement conditions on Jalan Komjen M. Jasin, Kelapa Dua Village, Depok City. West Java based on PCI (Pavement Condition Index) and RCI (Road Condition Index) values, knowing the comparison of road condition values based on PCI (Pavement Condition Index) and RCI (Road Condition Index) values and knowing the correlation between road surface damage values using the value method PCI (Pavement Condition Index) and RCI (Road Condition Index). In this study, data collection techniques were carried out by means of direct observation which is primary and secondary in nature and the research method used quantitative will later be used as research material in calculating road surface conditions using the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) and RCI (Road Condition Index) methods. The average value of PCI road conditions Komjen M. Jasin. Ex. Coconut Two. Depok. West Java is 60.2 included good (good) while the average RCI condition value is 7.430 this value is included in the very good and average category. Comparison of road surface values using the PCI and RCI methods shows equally good conditions. R square (R 2 ) of 0,13 is a linear result between PCI and RCI. The R square number (R 2 ) of 0,13 is obtained because the conversion value requires different damage. A high score for PCI is very good while a high score for RCI is so bad that it causes a small RCI value. The surface condition of the road that is bad/damaged is immediately repaired so that the damage to the road does not get wider/severe which can endanger road users. In order for the conditions to create a safe and comfortable road, it is necessary to carry out periodic road maintenance of the road sections. Creating periodic programs for road maintenance in good condition so that road surface conditions can be maintained or even improved. Jawa Barat merupakan jalan kolektor primer 2 jalur 2 arah dengan lalu lintas yang padat dan banyak dilewati oleh kendaraan berat, sehingga berdampak terkadang adanya kerusakan jalan. Hal ini tentunya akan menurunkan nilai kondisi jalan juga terkadang kenyamanan dan keselamatan pengguna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai kondisi perkerasan pada jalan Komjen M. Jasin, Kelurahan Kelapa Dua, Kota Depok. Jawa Barat berdasarkan nilai PCI (Pavement Condition Index) dan RCI (Road Condition Index), mengetahui perbandingan nilai kondisi jalan berdasarkan nilai PCI (Pavement Condition Index) dan RCI (Road Condition Index) serta mengetahui hubungan korelasi antara nilai kerusakan permukaan jalan menggunakan metode nilai PCI (Pavement Condition Index) dan RCI (Road Condition Index). Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung yang bersifat primer dan sekunder serta metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif nantinya dipakai sebagai bahan penelitian dalam menghitung kondisi permukaan jalan menggunakan metode PCI (Pavement Condition Index) dan RCI (Road Condition Index). Rata – rata nilai kondisi PCI jalan Komjen M. Jasin. Kel. Kelapa Dua. Kota Depok. Jawa Barat adalah 60,2 dikategorikan baik (good) sedangkan rata - rata nilai kondisi RCI adalah 7,430 nilai tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan rata. Perbandingan nilai permukaan jalan menggunakan metode PCI dan RCI menunjukkan kondisi sama baiknya. R square (R 2 ) sebesar 0,13 merupakan hasil yang linear antara PCI dan RCI. Angka R square (R 2 ) sebesar 0,13 diperoleh karena konversi nilai identifikasi kerusakan yang berbeda. Nilai tinggi bagi PCI adalah sangat baik sedangkan nilai tinggi bagi RCI sangat jelek sehingga menyebabkan nilai RCI yang kecil. Permukaan kondisi jalan yang jelek/rusak segera dilakukan perbaikan agar kerusakan jalan tidak semakin melebar/parah yang dapat membahayakan pengguna jalan. Agar menciptakan kondisi jalan yang aman dan nyaman maka diperlukan pemeliharaan jalan secara berkala terhadap ruas jalan. Pembuatan program berkala untuk pemeliharaan jalan dengan kondisi baik agar kondisi permukaan jalan bisa tetap dipertahankan apalagi ditingkatkan.
