Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and work engagement of millennial employees at PT Bank X whose research subjects are millennial employees who work at PT Bank X with the number of respondents being 60 people using a quantitative approach method with a saturated sampling analyzing this research using SPSS 20 . The results of the study illustrate that there is a relationship between organizational culture and millennial employee engagement at PT Bank X . Keyword:Organizational culture,Work engagement, Millennial Employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan budaya organisasi dengan keterikatan kerja karyawan milenial di PT Bank X.Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan milenial di PT Bank X, dengan jumlah responden 60 orang dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampling adalah sampling jenuh dalam menganalisa penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS 2020. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa terdapat hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan milenial di PT Bank X.
