Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance including sales, net profit, and dividend per share on the disclosure in the form of graphs in annual reports of listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Fact Book 2016 by the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the four years from 2014 to 2016 by using logistic regression analysis. The results showed that changes in financial performance of net profit affect the disclosure in the form of graphs in the annual report. Meanwhile, changes in sales and changes in devidens per share do not affect the disclosure in the form of graphs in the annual report. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang meliputi penjualan, laba bersih, dan dividen per saham terhadap pengungkapan dalam bentuk grafik pada laporan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berdasarkan Fact Book 2016 selama empat tahun dari tahun 2014 hingga 2016 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kinerja keuangan laba bersih berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan dalam bentuk grafik pada laporan tahunan. Sedangkan perubahan penjualan dan perubahan deviden per saham tidak mempengaruhi pengungkapan dalam bentuk grafik dalam laporan tahunan.
