Abstract

The concept of results value provides project performance information and results in cost and time estimates for completion of all project work (Auzan R, 2017). The Samanea Hill – Parung Panjang Housing construction project experienced a deviation of -8.08% in the 16th week of implementation of a total duration of 300 days. This is because there are constraints in the workforce that do not exist, The supply of materials that are hampered because the stock runs out. This research aims to measure the performance of the Samanea Hill – Parung Panjang Housing Construction Project with the concept of yield value. The results of the concept analysis of the results were obtained by the estimated completion time of the project 369 days, 69 days late from the original plan. Then the project completion cost of Rp 16,586,496,028 difference of 206,000,000 million from the initial contract value plan.to complete the remaining work Alternative acceleration of project duration by method of adding working hours (overtime) and finding suppliers more than 1 is the most appropriate solution to pursue the lag of work progress and minimize so that the cost is not too great. Keywords: project performance, concept of yield value, project acceleration. Konsep nilai hasil memberikan informasi kinerja proyek dan menghasilkan estimasi biaya dan waktu untuk penyelesaian seluruh pekerjaan proyek (Auzan R, 2017). Proyek kontruksi Perumahan Samanea Hill – Parung Panjang mengalami deviasi sebesar -8.08 % pada minggu ke 16 dari pelaksanaan dari total durasi 300 hari .Hal ini karena adanya kendala di tenaga kerja yang tidak ada, pemasokan material yang terhambat karena stock habis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja Proyek kontruksi Perumahan Samanea Hill – Parung Panjang dengan konsep nilai hasil. Hasil analisis konsep nilai hasil diperoleh perkiraan waktu penyelesaian proyek 369 hari, terlambat 69 hari dari rencana awal. Kemudian Biaya penyelesaian proyek Rp 16.586.496.028 selisih 206.000.000 juta dari rencana nilai kontrak awal .untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang tersisa Alternatif percepatan durasi proyek dengan metode menambahkan jam kerja ( lembur ) dan mencari supplier lebih dari 1 adalah solusi yang paling tepat dilakukan untuk mengejar ketertinggalan progress pekerjaan dan meminimalisir agar pembengkakkan biaya tidak terlalu besar . Kata Kunci: kinerja proyek, konsep nilai hasil, percepatan proyek.
