Abstract
In the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, job competition is getting tougher with new problems in the field of employment where human labor will be replaced by robots or artificial intelligence and also with the MEA, this will cause a lot of disruption, especially to human resources from various industrial fields, To face these challenges, one solution is to need competency certification for employees to be able to work professionally. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect on the job performance of capital market employees who already have professional certification in DKI Jakarta, this study was conducted on employees who work in the capital market & already have professional certification from the capital market professional certification agency. The research method used is the Likert scale. Based on the research that has been done, the results of the significance of (5%) are 0.187. So, the item is said to be valid if the value of r count > 0.187. So this research is declared valid. Then based on the reliability test for the profession certification variable (X) of 0.761 and the variable of Job performance (Y) of 0.721, it shows that both variables have reliable reliability. The hypothesis proposed is that professional certification can affect the job performance of capital market employees. And based on the data obtained from the questionnaires that have been distributed, in this population, there is an effect of certification on the job performance of capital market employees. Keywords: Professional Certification, Job Performance, Capital Market Era Revolusi Industi 4.0 persaingan kerja yang semakin ketat dengan adanya permasalahan baru dibidang ketenagakerjaan yang dimana tenaga manusia akan digantikan oleh robot atau artificiall intelligence dan juga dengan adanya MEA, hal ini yang menyebabkan akan banyak terjadi disrupsi terutama kepada sumber daya manusia dari berbagai bidang industri, untuk menghadapi tantangan itu salah satu solusinya perlu sertifikasi kompetensi bagi karyawan agar mampu bekerja profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh job performance karyawan pasar modal yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi profesi di DKI Jakarta, penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan yang bekerja di pasar modal & sudah memiliki sertifikasi profesi dari Lembaga sertifikasi profesi pasar modal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan mendapatkan hasil signifikansi α (5%) adalah 0,187. Jadi, item dikatakan valid jika nilai r hitung > 0,187. Sehingga penelitian ini dinyatakan valid. Kemudian berdasarkan uji reliabilitas untuk variabel serfikasi profesi (X) sebesar 0,761 dan variable Job performance (Y) sebesar 0,721 menunjukkan kedua variabel memiliki keandalan yang reliabel. Hipotesis yang di ajukan bahwa sertifikasi profesi dapat berpengaruh terhadap job performance karyawan pasar modal. Dan berdasarkan data yang didapat dari hasil kuesioner yang sudah disebarkan, Pada populasi tersebut terdapat pengaruh sertifikasi terhadap job performance karyawan pasar modal.
