Abstract

Currently, every year in Indonesia there is always infrastructure development, starting from the construction of houses, roads, high rise building and many others. The implementation of infrastructure development definitely requires experts who are competent and experienced in their fields, but in every construction work there must be problems faced, such as in the , such as the Farm Quality Goldfish construction project which is should have been completed in January 2022, but until now the project is still unfinished. This can happen due to poor project management in the project, therefore, to carry out an analysis of project implementation, a method is needed to see the extent of the delays and what the cost impact of the delays is. This study aims to use the EVA (Earned Value Analysis) as a method to analyze the state of the project both in terms of cost and time. pay more attention to important aspects of the project so that the same incident does not occur in the future. method were found for the review at week 20 the indicator value of EVA was for the BCWS value = Rp. 73,779,521, BCWP value = Rp. 51,395,362 and ACWP value = Rp. 21,287,600. and for the value of SV = Rp. – 22,384,159, CV = Rp. 30,107,762. for the estimated cost of completing the project is Rp. 1,053,572,259 means that this value is smaller than the cost of the plan, which is Rp. 1,189,156,910. while the estimated time for completion of the project is slightly delayed, namely for 7 days from the planned schedule, but this can be overcome by accelerating the work. Keywords: Cost, Time, Earned Value Analysis Method, Delay Saat sekarang ini setiap tahun di Indonesia selalu ada pembangunan infrastruktur, dimulai dari pembangunan rumah, jalan, Gedung bertingkat dan masih banyak yang lainnya. pelaksanaan pembangunan infrastruktur tidak luput dari sumber daya yang berkompeten dan berpengalaman di bidangnya, tetapi di setiap pekerjaan konstruksi pasti ada saja masalah yang dihadapi, seperti pada proyek pembangunan Farm Quality Goldfish yang mengalami keterlambatan yang seharusnya penyelesaian proyek tesebut selesai pada bulan Januari 2022, namun hingga saat ini proyek tersebut masih belu terselesaikan. Hal ini bisa terjadi diakibatkan oleh buruknya manajemen proyek yang ada didalam proyek tersebut,maka dari itu, untuk melakukan Analisa terhadap pelaksanaan proyek diperlukan sebuah metode untuk melihat sejauh mana keterlambatan yang terjadi dan apa dampak biaya yang terdapat pada keterlambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dengan menggunakan metode EVA (Earned Value Analysis) sebagai metode untuk menganalisa keadaan proyek baik dari segi biaya maupun waktu dapat memberikan informasi dan juga saran kepada kontraktor mengenai keuntungan. Hasil dari penggunaan metode EVA (Earned Value Analysis) didapati untuk tinjauan pada minggu ke 20 nilai indikator dari EVA yaitu untuk nilai BCWS = Rp. 73.779.521, nilai BCWP = Rp. 51.395.362 dan nilai ACWP = Rp. 21.287.600. serta untuk nilai SV = Rp. – 22.384.159, CV = Rp. 30.107.762. untuk perkiraan biaya penyelesaian proyek adalah sebesar Rp. 1.053.572.259 berarti nilai ini lebih kecil disbanding biaya rencana yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.189.156.910. sedangkan untuk perkiraan waktu penyelesaian proyek sedikit mengalami keterlambatan yaitu selama 7 hari dari jadwal rencana akan tetapi hal ini bisa diatasi dengan melakukan percepatan pekerjaan.
