Abstract

The B.J Habibie Building, located on Jalan M H Thamrin - Central Jakarta, is one of the government office buildings. Due to the merger between the Ministry / Institution became the National Research and Innovation Agency, and the B.J Habibie Building became the head office of the Institution, the number of building users and parking users also increased, even though the B.J Habibie Building did not have sufficient parking capacity for motorcycle. The purpose of this study is to obtain an identification of the parking characteristics of the B.J Habibie Office Building, including parking accumulation, parking volume, parking index, as well as the capacity and supply of parking spaces, and to model parking needs in the building. The data used includes primary data from field survey results and secondary data from building management. Based on the observations and parking analysis that has been done, the parking angle used is 90° with a two-way parking pattern and an island parking pattern, the maximum parking volume of vehicles entering on Monday, June 20th 2022, was 103 vehicles at 08.00-08.30 and on Friday, June 24th 2022, was 108 vehicles at 08.30-09.00. The highest parking accumulation occurred on Monday, June 20th 2022, at 10:30-11:00 as many as 422 units. While on Friday, June 24th 2022, as many as 409 units. Parking duration with the highest percentage on Monday, June 20th 2022, with a duration of 120 - 150 minutes, while on Friday, June 24th 2022, with a duration of 180 - 210 minutes, this is classified as a medium parking type. The average parking index during the two days of observation was 70,70%. The highest vehicle parking index on Monday, June 20th 2022, reached 110,19% and on Friday, June 24th 2022, reached 106.80%. The parking turnover rate on Monday, June 20th 2022, was 2,24 and on Friday, June 24th 2022, was 1,86. The optimal motorcycle parking space capacity for the B.J Habibie Building, which has the most parking accumulation of 422 units is around 467 SRP which means adding 84 more SRP from the total SRP already available. Keywords: Parking space, Parking characteristic, B.J Habibie Building Gedung B.J Habibie yang terletak di Jalan M.H Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat merupakan salah satu gedung perkantoran pemerintah, akibat terjadinya merger antara Kementerian/Lembaga tersebut menjadi Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional dan Gedung B.J Habibie menjadi kantor pusat, mengakibatkan jumlah pengguna gedung dan pengguna lahan parkir juga meningkat, padahal Gedung B.J Habibie tidak memiliki kapasitas parkir yang cukup untuk sepeda motor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh identifikasi karakteristik parkir Gedung Perkantoran B.J Habibie yang meliputi, akumulasi parkir, volume parkir, indeks parkir, serta kapasitas dan penyediaan ruang parkir, serta untuk memodelkan kebutuhan parkir di gedung tersebut. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dari hasil survey di lapangan, dan data sekunder dari pihak manajemen gedung. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan analisa parkir yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa sudut parkir yang digunakan yaitu 90° dengan pola parkir dua arah dan pola parkir pulau, Volume parkir maksimum kendaraan masuk pada hari Senin, 20 Juni 2022 sebanyak 103 kendaraan pada pukul 08.00-08.30 dan pada hari Jumat, 24 Juni 2022 sebanyak 108 kendaraan pada pukul 08.30-09.00. Akumulasi parkir tertinggi terjadi pada hari Senin, 20 Juni 2022 jam 10.30-11.00 sebanyak 422 unit, sedangkan untuk hari Jumat, 24 Juni 2022 sebanyak 409 unit. Durasi parkir dengan persentase terbanyak pada hari Senin, 20 Juni 2022 dengan durasi 120 – 150 menit, sedangkan pada hari Jumat, 24 Juni 2022 dengan durasi 180 – 210 menit, ini tergolong tipe parkir sedang. Indeks parkir rata – rata selama dua hari pengamatan yaitu sebesar 70,70%. Untuk indeks parkir kendaraan tertinggi pada hari Senin, 20 Juni 2022 mencapai 110,19% dan pada hari Jumat, 24 Juni 2022 mencapai 106,80%. Angka pergantian parkir pada hari Senin, 20 Juni 2022 sebesar 2,24 dan pada hari Jumat, 24 Juni 2022 sebesar 1,86. Kapasitas ruang parkir sepeda motor yang optimal untuk Gedung B.J Habibie yang memiliki akumulasi parkir terbanyak 422 kendaraan yaitu sekitar 467 SRP atau menambahkan 84 SRP dari total SRP yang sudah tersedia.
