Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, firm size, and profitability on firm value (empirical studies on property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2020 period). The population in this study were 77 populations. The sample used in this study was 24 samples of property and real estate sub-sector companies. The sample selection method in this study uses secondary data by looking at financial performance information on property and real estate sub-sector companies in 2016-2020. The data processing method in this study uses Eviews 11 software. Research conducted using panel data regression analysis proves that liquidity, leverage and firm size have a positive and significant effect on firm value while profitability has no effect on firm value. This shows that in investing investors will pay attention to fundamental factors such as the level of liquidity, leverage and company size to ensure that the company has sufficient funds to support its operational activities and fulfill obligations that must be paid and pay dividends to shareholders so that it is hoped that this can increase the value of the company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan (studi empiris pada perusahaan subsektor property dan real estate yang tercatat dibursa efek indonesia periode 2016-2020). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 77 populasi. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 sampel perusahaan subsektor property dan real estate. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan melihat informasi kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan subsektor property dan real estate tahun 2016-2020. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Eviews 11. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel membuktikan bahwa likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam berinvestasi investor akan memperhatikan faktor fundamental seperti tingkat likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan untuk memastikan bahwa perusahaan memiliki dana yang cukup untuk menunjang kegiatan operasionalnya dan memenuhi kewajiban yang harus dibayarkan serta membayarkan dividen kepada pemegang saham sehingga diharapkan hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan menarik minat investor untuk menanamkan modalnya diperusahaan.
