Abstract

Indonesia has beautiful and interesting nature. Many local and international tourists visit and enjoy the natural atmosphere. So it takes accommodations that support tourist activities, such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, shopping places and so on. Nowadays, the density of activities in urban areas has resulted in a high need for people to travel and rest for a while. Hotel Resort is an accommodation that provides tourist and resting facilities. Visitor comfort is the main aspect that must be considered in tourism, especially during this pandemic. So it takes a Resort Hotel design that maximizes hand washing, keeping a distance, wearing masks that can be applied in the design or design of this resort hotel. The resort hotel which is located at PIK 2 is a coastal area that has a variety of culinary tours and beautiful scenery, so the comfort aspect will be easily achieved. This potential is the background for hotel or property company managers to develop the property business by building resorts in the form of hotel rooms and restaurants as a complement. With a design that has a unique design, such as a concept designed based on the situation in which the building is located. Keywords: Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, Pandemic-Covid19 Indonesia memiliki alam yang indah dan menarik. Banyak wisatawan lokal maupun internasional yang berkunjung dan menikmati suasana alam. Sehingga dibutuhkan akomodasi-akomodasi yang menunjang kegiatan wisatawan, seperti hotel, resort, restoran, tempat berbelanja dan lain sebagainya. Sekarang ini, padatnya aktivitas di perkotaan mengakibatkan tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat untuk berwisata dan beristirahat sejenak. Hotel Resort merupakan akomodasi yang menyediakan fasilitas wisata dan peristirahatan. Kenyamanan pengunjung merupakan aspek utama yang harus diperhatikan pada pariwisata, terutama pada masa pandemic atau Covid19 ini. Sehingga dibutuhkan perancangan Hotel Resort yang memaksimalkan mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, memakai masker yang dapat diterapkan dalam perancangan atau desain hotel resort ini. Hotel resort yang berlokasi PIK 2 merupakan daerah pantai yang memiliki ragam wisata kuliner dan pemandangan yang indah, Potensi inilah yang melatarbelakangi peengelola perusahaan hotel ataupun property untuk mengembangkan bisnis property dengan membangun tempat peristirahatan berbentuk kamar hotel serta Restoran sebagai pelengkap. Dengan rancangan yang mempunyai keunikan desain, seperti konsep yang dirancang berdasarkan situasi di tempat berdirinya bangunan, Kata kunci : Hotel, Resort, Restoran, Pandemi-Covid19
