Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of trust, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on interest in reusing Halodoc users in DKI Jakarta. The research design used is quantitative associative. The sampling technique used judgmental sampling as many as 140 halodoc mobile apps users who had used the halodoc mobile apps for at least 1 transaction who were domiciled in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are that trust has a positive and significant effect on the interest in reusing, the perception of ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the interest in reusing, the perception of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the interest in reusing. Keywords: Trust, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Interest in Reusing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan terhadap minat menggunakan kembali pengguna Halodoc di DKI Jakarta. Desain penelitian digunakan yaitu Kuantitatif Asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan judgemental sampling sebanyak 140 pengguna halodoc mobile apps yang pernah menggunakan halodoc mobile apps minimal 1x transaksi yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan kembali, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan kembali, persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan kembali.
