Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis mengenai loyalitas karyawan dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang membuat adanya loyalitas karyawan pada Rumah Makan Fajar 79 di Pondok Labu Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian 8 karyawan Rumah Makan Fajar 79. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan partisipan, peneliti membuat pengamatan, serta membuat dokumen. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan cara mengklasifikasikan data berdasarkan ragam data yang ada, lalu menghubungkannya dengan data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari wawancara, dan observasi di lapangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas karyawan di Rumah Makan Fajar 79 didukung oleh Kompetensi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif, dan Reward. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif, Reward, Loyalitas Karyawan This study aims to examine and analyze employee loyalty and what factors lead to employee loyalty at Fajar 79 Restaurant in Pondok Labu Jakarta. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were 8 employees of Fajar 79 Restaurant. Data collection was carried out through interviews with participants, researchers made observations, and made documents. Research data were analyzed by classifying data based on the variety of existing data, then relating it to data and information obtained from interviews and field observations. The results of the analysis show that employee loyalty at Fajar 79 restaurant is supported by Competence, Participaty Leadership Style, and Rewards.
