Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kepuasan Pejalan Kaki terhadap Kinerja Trotoar (Studi Kasus: Jalan Tebet Raya - Jakarta Selatan), Nama : Rico Fateh Saifullah, NIM: 41119310019, Dosen Pembimbing: Widodo Budi Dermawan, ST, M.Sc, 2022. Trotoar dapat disebut juga sebagai bagian dari jalan yang diperuntukkan untuk pejalan kaki, biasanya sejajar dengan jalur lalu lintas, dan terpisah dari struktur fisik lalu lintas. Penjelasan tersebut mengatakan bahwa trotoar merupakan tempat berjalan kaki yang bersebelahan dengan jalan raya, keadaan trotoar, dan diharuskan sebuah jalan raya untuk terpisah dari trotoar. Pemisahan tersebut berguna untuk keamanan pejalan kaki agar pengguna jalan raya tidak masuk ke trotoar sehingga dapat membahayakan pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Tebet Raya – Jakarta Selatan, dimulai dari Wisma Tebet Raya sampai Stasiun Tebet. Daerah penelitian ini tergolong sebagai pusat perniagaan dan perkantoran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kenyamanan pejalan kaki terhadap pemanfaatan trotoar yang ada pada Jalan Tebet Raya dengan cara survei lokasi secara langsung, pembagian kuisioner untuk mengetahui persepsi pengguna trotoar sebanyak 100 sampel dan di Analisa dengan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Level of Service (LOS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa trotoar di Jalan Tebet Raya sudah memenuhi standar yang ada, namum Jalur Fasilitas belum memenuhi standar dengan selisih 10cm dari standar yang berlaku. Untuk tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan pejalan kaki terhadap trotoar menunjukan bahwa kuadran 1 yang diprioritaskan berupa Kondisi kebersihan di Trotoar dan Kondisi Kebersihan Saluran di Trotoar, sedangkan volume kepadatan pejalan kaki terbanyak didapatkan pada hari minggu sebanyak 0,68 orang/menit dan terkecil pada hari senin yaitu 0,14 oang/menit dan dapat dikategorikan memiliki standar pelayanan tingkat A, walaupun terdapat pengambat seperti orang berjualan, dan parkir liar. Sidewalks can also be referred to as part of a road intended for pedestrians, usually parallel to the traffic lane, and separated from the physical structure of traffic. The explanation says that the sidewalk is a place to walk next to the road, the condition of the sidewalk, and it is required for a road to be separated from the sidewalk. The separation is useful for pedestrian safety so that road users do not enter the sidewalk so that it can endanger pedestrians. This research was conducted on Jalan Tebet Raya – South Jakarta, starting from Wisma Tebet Raya to Tebet Station. This research area is classified as a commercial and office center. The purpose of this study was to determine the comfort of pedestrians on the use of the existing sidewalks on Jalan Tebet Raya by direct location survey, distributing questionnaires to determine the perceptions of sidewalk users as many as 100 samples and analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Level of Service ( LOS). Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the sidewalks on Jalan Tebet Raya already met the existing standards, but the Facility Line did not meet the standards with a difference of 10cm from the applicable standards. For the level of satisfaction and importance of pedestrians on the sidewalks, it shows that the priority quadrant 1 is in the form of cleanliness conditions on the sidewalks and conditions for channel cleanliness on the sidewalks, while the highest pedestrian density volume is found on Sundays as many as 0.68 people/minute and the smallest on Mondays, namely 0.14 people/minute and can be categorized as having level A service standards, even though there are obstacles such as people selling, and illegal parking.
