Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya org komunikasi terhadap anisasi dan h kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adala seluruh karyawan Divisi Human Resources Development PT. Restu Agung Narogong ya ng berjumlah 50 orang karyawan. dalam penelitian ini mengguna Tekhnik pengambilan sampel kan tekhnik sampel jenuh dimana populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode peng u seluruh anggota mpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner dan t eknis analisis data menggunakan software SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini membukti kan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komunikasi secara bersama kinerja karyawan, dengan kontr ibusi budaya orgsama berpengaruh terhada p anisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja sebesa r delapan puluh satu koma tujuh tidak berpengaruh terha persen. Adapun budaya organisasi dap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. komunikasi berpengaruh Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of organization al culture and communication on employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of the Human Resources Development Division of PT. Restu Agung Narogong which numbered 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique where all members of the population were sampled. The data collection me thod uses the survey method with research instruments is a questionnaire and technical data analysis using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of this study prove that organizational culture and communication together affect employee performance, with th e contribution of organizational culture and communication to performance by eighty one point seven percent. The organizational culture does not affect employee performance, while communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
