Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan dari suatu proyek dapat ditinjau dari ketepatan waktu penyelesaiannya. Dalam hal ini, manajemen proyek sangat dibutuhkan. Proyek validasi vitamin A yang sebelumnya dilakukan penjadwalan tanpa menggunakan metode yang tepat menghasilkan waktu penyelesaian selama 32 hari. Untuk dapat menganalisis masalah tersebut dan membuat penjadwalan secara tepat maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) guna mengetahui aktivitas mana yang termasuk dalam jalur kritis yang menjadi prioritas dan perlunya pengawasan secara lebih agar tidak mempengaruhi waktu penyelesaian proyek. Metode Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) untuk mengetahui tingkat probabilitas dari penyelesaian proyek. Dari hasil perhitungan lintasan kritis diperoleh hampir seluruh aktivitas termasuk kedalam jalur kritis (kecuali kegiatan C) dan waktu penyelesaian proyek menggunakan metode CPM adalah 26 hari, Untuk metode PERT adalah 28 hari. Probabilitas penyelesaian proyek sebesar 65,2%. Faktor penyebab proyek terlambat yaitu analis tidak menulis kartu stok, kurangnya koordinasi dengan PIC, analis tidak aware pada perawatan alat dan perencanaan metode yang kurang tepat. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan adanya pelatihan pengisian kartu stok, pemeliharaan alat, memberikan jadwal sebelum pelaksanaan proyek dan juga melakukan uji coba sebelum kegiatan validasi dilakukan. In this case, project management is needed. The vitamin A validation project was previously scheduled without using the right method, resulted in a completion time of 32 days. To be able to analyze and make scheduling appropriately, this study uses the Critical Path Method to find out which activities are included in the critical path that are prioritized and the need more supervision so as not affect the project completion time. And also Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method to determine the probability level of project completion. From the calculation of the critical path, almost all activities are included in the critical path (except activity C) and the project completion time using the CPM method is 26 days. For PERT method is 28 days. The probability of completion of the project is 65,2% to complete the project.
