Abstract

ABSTRAK Motivasi belajar merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menentukan berhasil tidaknya pelaksanaan pembelajaran, oleh karenanya studi mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar diperlukan, karena motivasi belajar merupakan dorongan yang membuat peserta didik memiliki keinginan, perhatian sehingga mampu menjadi penggerak peserta didik untuk mewujudkan perilaku dalam hal ini adalah perilaku untuk belajar. Salah satu variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik adalah komunikasi persuasif pendidik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan seberapa pengaruh komunikasi persuasive guru dalam pembelajaran terhadap tingkat motivasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel komunikasi persuasif mengajar guru terhadap tingkat motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i SMP dan Paket C. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan semua siswa/i total sampling sebanyak 26 siswa/i. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuisioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (Uji t) menunjukan bahwa komunikasi persuasive guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat motivasi belajar siswa sekolah alam Tunas Mulia Bantar Gebang. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Persuasif, Pembelajaran, Tingkat Motivasi ABSTRACT Learning motivation is one of the factors that can determine the success or failure of the implementation of learning, therefore a study of the factors that can increase learning motivation is needed, because learning motivation is an impetus that makes students have the desire, attention so that they are able to become movers of students to realize behavior. in this case is behavior to learn. One of the variables that have an influence on students' learning motivation is the persuasive communication of educators. The purpose of this study was to explain how the influence of teacher persuasive communication in learning on the level of student motivation. The type of research used in this research is correlational research to determine whether there is an influence between the variables of teaching persuasive communication of teachers on the level of student's motivation to study. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were junior high school students and Package C students. The sample of this study used all students with a total sampling of 26 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the research that have been carried out state that based on the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) it shows that teacher persuasive communication has a significant effect on the level of learning motivation of students at the Tunas Mulia Bantar Gebang natural school.
