Abstract

PT. AJ Central Asia Raya Tomang is a private company located in the Tomang area, West Jakarta. As a private company located in the capital, the choice of mode is very much needed in work activities. Therefore, this study aims to determine the characteristics and factors that are the most influential in the selection of transportation modes for employees at PT Central Asia Raya for work trips. Primary data was obtained using a questionnaire to employees at PT AJ Central Asia Raya Tomang and processed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The criteria/attributes used for decision making are speed/time, security, convenience, cost, and access. Meanwhile, to see the performance of the main road segments related to the location, traffic surveys and calculations per segment were carried out with reference to the MKJI 1997. The main factors that are considered by employees at PT AJ Central Asia Raya Tomang in choosing transportation modes for work trips are speed/time with a value of 25%, security with a value of 21%, cost and access with the same value of 20%, and also convenience with 14% value. The best alternative mode of transportation for work trips chosen by respondents is a private motorcycle with the highest eigenvector value of 53.56%, followed by private cars with an eigenvector value of 24.74%, Transjakarta with an eigenvector value of 15.03 %, and KRL got the lowest eigenvector value of 6.67%, which means that KRL is the least chosen mode of transportation for work trips based on the five criteria being compared. From the results of the analysis of the performance of the Letjen S Parman road, which is the main road associated with the location of the PT AJ CAR Tomang office, the largest volume of vehicles during rush hour in the morning was 3721 vehicles/hour, and in passenger cars the vehicle was 1893.15 pcu. /o'clock. The service level of the road segment is at service level C, so that when it is associated with the results, the percentage of employees who prefer private motorbikes. So it is necessary to consider procuring a car/bus for employee transportation in line with the progress of the business and the development of the number of employees in the company. AJ Central Asia Raya Tomang merupakan perusahaan swasta yang berada di Kawasan Tomang, Jakarta Barat. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan swasta yang berada di ibukota, pemilihan moda sangat dibutuhkan dalam aktivitas bekerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan faktor - faktor apa saja yang paling berpengaruh dalam pemilihan moda transportasi bagi karyawan di PT Central Asia Raya untuk perjalanan kerja. Data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap karyawan di PT AJ Central Asia Raya Tomang dan diolah dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarki Process (AHP). Kriteria/ atribut yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan adalah kecepatan/ waktu, keamanan, kenyamanan, biaya, dan akses. Sedangkan untuk melihat kinerja ruas jalan utama yang berhubungan dengan lokasi dilakukan surveI lalu lintas dan perhitungan kinerja ruas dengan mengacu pada MKJI 1997. Faktor utama yang menjadi pertimbangan karyawan di PT AJ Central Asia Raya Tomang dalam pemilihan moda transportasi untuk perjalanan kerja adalah kecepatan/waktu dengan nilai 25%, keamanan dengan nilai 21%, biaya dan akses dengan nilai yang sama sebesar 20%, dan juga kenyamanan dengan nilai 14%. Alternatif moda transportasi perjalanan kerja terbaik yang dipilih oleh responden adalah sepeda motor pribadi dengan nilai eigen vektor tertinggi yaitu 53,56%, setelah itu diikuti oleh mobil pribadi dengan nilai eigen vektor sebesar 24,74%, Transjakarta dengan nilai eigen vector sebesar 15,03%, dan KRL mendapatkan nilai eigen vektor terendah yaitu 6,67%, yang artinya KRL merupakan moda transportasi yang paling tidak dipilih untuk perjalanan kerja berdasarkan lima kriteria yang dibandingkan. Dari hasil analisis kinerja ruas jalan Letjen S Parman yang merupakan jalan utama yang berhubungan dengan lokasi kantor PT AJ CAR Tomang, didapatkan volume kendaraan terbesar pada jam sibuk di pagi hari sebesar 3721 kend/jam, dan dalam satuan mobil penumpang kendaraan adalah 1893,15 smp/jam. Tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan tersebut berada pada tingkat pelayanan C, sehingga bila dikaitkan dengan hasil prosentase karyawan yang lebih memilih sepeda motor pribadi. Maka perlu dipertimbangkan untuk pengadaan mobil/ bus angkutan karyawan seiring dengan kemajuan usaha dan perkembangan jumlah karyawan pada perusahaan.
