Abstract
The Srandakan II Bridge, located in Kulon Progo Regency, was built when the Srandakan I Bridge was damaged in 2000 due to the subsidence of two piers. The Srandakan II Bridge has a length of 626.75 m and was built using a type I Prestressed Girder with a total of 17 spans the length of each span is 35-meters (14 spans) and 15-meters (3 spans) while the width is 11 meters. In this final project, the author will re-plan the steel box girder structure with the longest span of 100-meters to reduce pier construction so that pier failure/sinking can be overcome. The planning method of the Srandakan II Bridge refers to the 2012 AASHTO-LRFD regulations for structural calculations and SNI 1725-2016 for bridge load calculations. The redesign of the Srandakan II Bridge uses a Steel Box Girder type using ASTM A709-50W material with dimensions of 4000 mm upper flange width, 3000 mm lower flange width, 4000 mm web plate height, 50 mm upper and lower flange thickness, and web plate thickness. 40 mm. The connection design uses ASTM A325 bolts with a diameter of 24 mm with the number of connections on the upper flange 396 pieces, the lower flange connection 336 pieces and the connection on the web plate 962 pieces. The shear connector uses a diameter of 20 mm with a height of 150 mm, a transverse distance of 200 mm and a longitudinal distance of 250 mm. Keyword : Girder, AASHTO-LRFD, Steel Box Girder, Compression Flange, Tension Flange, Web, Shear Connector Jembatan Srandakan II yang terletak di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dibangun ketika Jembatan Srandakan I mengalami kerusakan pada tahun 2000 karena amblesnya dua pier. Jembatan Srandakan II memiliki panjang 626.75 m dibangun dengan menggunakan Girder Prategang tipe I dengan jumlah 17 bentang dan panjang tiap bentangnya adalah 35-meter (14 bentang) dan 15-meter (3 bentang) sedangkan lebarnya adalah 11 meter. Pada Tugas Akhir ini penulis akan merencanakan ulang dengan struktur gelagar boks baja dengan bentang terpanjangnya 100-meter untuk mengurangi pembangunan pier sehingga kegagalan/ambles pier bisa diatasi. Metode perencanaan Jembatan Srandakan II mengacu pada peraturan AASHTO-LRFD 2012 untuk perhitungan struktur dan SNI 1725-2016 untuk perhitungan beban jembatan. Desain ulang Jembatan Srandakan II menggunakan jenis girder Steel Box Girder menggunakan material ASTM A709-50W dengan dimensi lebar flens atas 4000 mm, lebar flens bawah 3000 mm, tinggi pelat web 4000 mm, tebal flens atas dan flens bawah 50 mm, dan tebal pelat web 40 mm. Desain sambungan menggunakan baut jenis ASTM A325 diameter 24 mm dengan jumlah sambungan pada flens atas 396 buah, sambungan flens bawah 336 buah dan sambungan pada pelat web 962 buah. Shear connector menggunakan diameter 20 mm dengan tinggi 150 mm, jarak melintang 200 mm dan jarak memanjang 250 mm.
