Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio, on Return On Equity. The population used in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, totaling 9 companies according to the characteristics set by the researcher. The sample selection used purposive sampling method using panel data regression with the help of Eviews 10. The results of this study stated that the Current Ratio (CR) had a negative and insignificant effect on Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) had a positive effect. and significant on Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and insignificant effect on Return On Equity (ROE). Keywords: Current ratio, Debt to asset ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, dan Debt to Equity Ratio, terhadap Return On Equity. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020 yang berjumlah 9 perusahaan sesuai dengan ciri-ciri yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan Eviews 10. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) memiliki berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Equity (ROE).
