Abstract

ABSTRAK Irsyad Zulfikri (41216310028) Program Studi Arsitektur - Universitas Mercu Buana | iv Coworking Space secara umum merupakan terobosan baru sebuah kantor yang didalamnya mengusung konsep kerja bersama dan kolaborasi. Coworking Spacemeliputi penyewaan ruang kerja yang digunakan secara bersama-sama dan terbuka dengan pengguna lainnya dengan penggunaan waktu yang fleksibel. Lebih dari sekedar berbagi ruang kerja, Coworking Spacemembuat tiap individu maupun kelompok dapat saling berbagi ide dan mendukung satu sama lain. Kehadiran Coworking Space, menjadi ruang kerja kekinian yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan pelakuekonomi kreatif dan bisnis yang fleksibel.Sebagai alternatif dari sewa ruang di gedung perkantoran yang relatif mahal, maka Coworking Space diperlukan. Kebutuhan atas ruang kerja dengan konsep kolaborasi, fun dan biaya sewa yang terjangkau muncul karena banyak industri kreatif seperti UMKM, bisnis startup, remote workers dan freelance job yang membutuhkan. Coworking Space merupakan ruang kerja yang berisi seperti shared desk, dedicated desk, privat office, dan meeting room. Fasilitas yang bisa didapat antara lain High Speed Internet, perpustakaan,loker pribadi,printingdan copy, dan sebuah mini kafe. Kata Kunci : coworking space, kolaborasi, start-up. ABSTRACT Coworking Space in general is a new breakthrough for an office in which the concept of joint work and collaboration is carried out. Coworking Space includes leasing workspaces that are used jointly and openly with other users with flexible use of time. More than just sharing a workspace, Coworking Space allows individuals and groups to share ideas and support each other. The presence of Coworking Space is a contemporary work space that is able to accommodate the needs of creative and flexible business actors. As an alternative to leasing space in relatively expensive office buildings, Coworking Space is needed. The need for work space with the concept of collaboration, fun and affordable rental costs arises because many creative industries such as MSMEs, startup businesses, remote workers and freelance jobs are in need. Coworking Space is a work space that contains such as shared desk, dedicated desk, private office, and meeting room. Facilities that can be obtained include High Speed Internet, library, personal locker, printing and copy, and a mini cafe. Keywords: coworking space, collaboration, start-up.
