Abstract

This apartment building structure is located in Bekasi which functions as a residence. With a height of ± 152 m and a total of 50 storeys. The soil condition where the building stands is on soft ground according to the classification of SNI 1726:2019. The structural system used is a dual system consisting of a special moment resisting frame and shear walls. For this final project research, outrigger elements are used to reduce drift that occurs in the building. The redesign of this high-rise building follows SNI 2847:2019 regarding concrete structures, SNI 1726:2019 regarding structural requirements against earthquake forces. The building is designed with an R of 5.5, this value was chosen by considering the results of previous studies. Because in the regulation of SNI 1726:2019 regarding earthquakes, the structural system with the outrigger system is still not regulated. In the planning, 2 outrigger elements are used on the 16th floor and 33rd floor. The outrigger structural elements are designed with a full height of 1 floor. From the results of preliminary design and controls carried out on the structure, the dimensions of the main beam are obtained: 350 mm x 700 mm; column: 1200 mm x 1200 mm; corewall: 400 mm thick; outriggers: 400 mm x 3000 mm. Keywords: concrete structure, dual system, earthquake, high rise building, outrigger Struktur gedung apartemen ini berlokasi di Bekasi yang difungsikan sebagai hunian. Dengan ketinggian ± 152 m dan jumlah lantai sebanyak 50 lantai. Kondisi tanah dimana gedung tersebut berdiri berada pada tanah lunak sesuai dengan klasifikasi SNI 1726:2019. Sistem struktur yang digunakan adalah sistem ganda yang terdiri dari rangka pemikul momen khusus dan dinding geser. Untuk penelitian tugas akhir ini digunakan elemen outrigger untuk mengurangi simpangan antar lantai (drift) yang terjadi pada gedung. Perencangan ulang gedung bertingkat ini mengikuti SNI 2847:2019 mengenai struktur beton, SNI 1726:2019 mengenai syarat-syarat struktur terhadap gaya gempa. Bangunan didesain dengan R sebesar 5.5, nilai ini dipilih dengan mempertimbangkan hasil studi terdahulu. Karena di dalam peraturan SNI 1726:2019 mengenai gempa, sistem struktur dengan sistem outrigger masih belum diatur. Dalam perencanaannya digunakan 2 elemen outrigger di lantai 16 dan lantai 33. Elemen struktur outrigger didesain dengan ketinggian 1 lantai penuh. Dari hasil preliminary design dan kontrol – kontrol yang dilakukan terhadap struktur, didapat dimensi balok utama: 350 mm x 700 mm; kolom: 1200 mm x 1200 mm; corewall: tebal 400 mm; outrigger: 400 mm x 3000 mm.
