Abstract

CWP-02 Project UPI Bandung, West Java is a form of facility improvement in order to support various lecture activities at the Indonesian University of Education (UPI). In the 34th week of Architect Work, there was the highest deviation in delays in the construction of the CWP02 UPI Project in Bandung, West Java with a percentage of -4.61%, due to design changes from the original plan. This also has an impact on the next work, namely the upper structure work. This study aims to determine the causes of delays in upper structure work on the construction of the CWP02 UPI bandung project, West Java. The data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Mean Descriptive Analysis, and Probability Modeling with Bayesian Belife Network. The results of this study showed that the probability of a bad delay rate affected by 10 dominant causes of delay based on probabilistic modeling was 84.975%. Meanwhile, based on existing conditions in the field, probabilistic modeling is 71.443%. Therefore, it is necessary to take mitigation measures to minimize the occurrence of project delays, namely taking preventive measures, and maintaining communication between stakeholders in realizing project objectives. Keywords: Bayesian Belief Network, Project Delays, Models, Causes, Probabilistic Proyek CWP-02 UPI Bandung, Jawa Barat merupakan bentuk peningkatan fasilitas dalam rangka menunjang berbagai kegiatan perkuliahan di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Pada minggu ke-34 Pekerjaan Arsitek terdapat deviasi tertinggi keterlambatan pada Pembangunan Proyek CWP02 UPI Bandung, Jawa Barat dengan presentase sebesar -4,61%, Dikarenakan adanya perubahan desain dari rencana awal. Hal ini berdampak juga pada pekerjaan selanjutnya yaitu pekerjaan struktur atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab keterlambatan pekerjaan struktur atas pada pembangunan proyek CWP02 UPI Bandung, Jawa Barat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Deskriptif Mean, dan Pemodelan probabilitas dengan Bayesian Belife Network. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas dari tingkat keterlambatan buruk yang dipengaruhi oleh 10 penyebab keterlambatan dominan berdasarkan pemodelan probabilistik sebesar 84,975%. Sedangkan berdasarkan kondisi eksisting dilapangan pemodelan probabilistik jadi sebesar 71,443%. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan tindakan mitigasi untuk meminimalisir terjadinya keterlambatan proyek yaitu melakukan tindakan pencegahan, dan menjaga komunikasi antar stakeholder dalam mewujudkan tujuan proyek.
