Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and burnout on the performance of employees of PT. Intan Metalindo. The object of this research is all employees who work at PT. Intan Metalindo. This research was conducted on 75 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Intan Metalindo, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Intan Metalindo, and burnout have a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Intan Metalindo. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Burnout, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Intan Metalindo. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Intan Metalindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intan Metalindo, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intan Metalindo, dan burnout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intan Metalindo. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Burnout, Kinerja Karyawan.
