Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Tangerang Witel Telecommunications. The sample in this study were 92 employees of PT. Tangerang Witel Telecommunications. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. This study uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has no effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tangerang Witel Telecommunications. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Motivation Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Witel Tangerang. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 92 karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Witel Tangerang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Witel Tangerang. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi
