Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, sustainability report disclosure on firm value. The firm values in this study using price to book value, profitability using return on asset, leverage using debt to equity ratio and sustainability report using sustainability report disclosure index. This type of research is quantitative and the data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual reports taken from www.idx.co.id and the company’s official web. The population in this study is a property and real estate sector company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2020 with a total 77 companies. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling, which is sampling based on certain criteria, were acquired by 53 companies. The observation period in this study was 3 years, overall the sample obtained are 159. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that simultaneously the variabel profitability, leverage and sustainability report have a significant effect on firm value. While partially profitability and leverage has a positive significant effect on firm value, and sustainability reporting has an insignificant effect on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan pengungkapan sustainability report terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan price to book value, profitabilitas diproksikan menggunakan return on asset, leverage menggunakan debt to equity ratio dan sustainability report menggunakan sustainability report disclosure index. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan yang diambil dari www.idx.co.id dan web resmi perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2018-2020 yang berjumlah 77 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 53 perusahaan. Periode pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 tahun sehingga total sampel secara keseluruhan berjumlah 159 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel profitabilitas, leverage dan pengungkapan sustainability report berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan pengungkapan sustainability report tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
