Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, and liquidity on the value of the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2020. This study uses quantitative research with secondary data types. The population in this study is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020, totaling 79 companies. The sample selection used in this study was a saturated sample. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis, panel data regression with the help of Software Eviews 12. The results of this study prove that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Solvency has no effect on firm value. Liquidity has no effect on firm value. Keywords: Profitability, Solvability, Liquidity, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2020 yang berjumlah 79 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, regresi data panel dengan bantuan Software Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Likuiditas, Nilai Perusahaan
