Abstract
The design of this multiplication counting educational game is motivatedby the lack of interest 2nd-grade elementary school students inmultiplication counting operations because it is difficult to understand. While in the curriculum of math syllabus, students are required to be ableto explain and solve multiplication and division problems with products upto 100 in everyday life, so how to design educational games that can helppractice counting multiplication in a fun way. In this final project, ananalysis of games that are easy and comfortable for children, as well asan analysis of multiplication operations for grade 2 elementary school. Inthe design process, there is also play testing which can make the designof this multiplication counting game more perfect and can be played well by the user. Perancangan Permainan edukasi berhitung perkalian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurang diminatinya operasi hitung perkalian karena sulit untukdipahami siswa kelas 2 sekolah dasar. Sedangkan pada silabus K13matematika kelas 2 SD,siswa dituntut mampu memenjelaskan danmenyelesaikan masalah perkalian dan pembagian dengan hasil kali hingga 100 dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga bagaimana merancangpermainan edukasi yang dapat membantu berlatih berhitung perkaliandengan cara yang menyenangkan. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukananalisis permainan yang mudah dan nyaman untuk anak, serta analisissoal operasi hitung perkalian kelas 2 SD. Dalam proses perancangan jugaterdapat play testing dimana dapat membuat perancangan permainanberhitung perkalian ini semakin sempurna dan dapat dimainkan denganbaik oleh user.
