Abstract

The value of the earthquake response modification factor (R) affects the results of the story drift in the SMRFS structure, where the smaller the R value, the larger the deviation and the need for longitudinal reinforcement will be more and more. For structures that do not comply with the SMRFS provisions, in some locations the need for reinforcement is less than that of structures that use the SMRFS provisions. Based on SNI 1726-2019, Jakarta is in a location with a seismic design category D, so it must be designed as an SMRFS structure, with strict detailed requirements. The performance of a structure can be analyzed using the pushover method. The research was conducted with a 4 and 8-storey configuration, with soft soil and medium conditions and using SMRFS and OMRFS. From the results of the research analysis, the cross-sectional dimensions of the columns and beams of the ordinary moment building structure system with soft soil type are the largest cross-sectional dimensions compared to the others. In accordance with the provisions of ATC-40, the structure is included in the Damage Control category level, which means the transition between Immediate Occupancy and Life Safety, the building is still able to withstand the force of the earthquake, with the risk of fatalities humans are very small. The real R value in the structure with SMRFS is not much different from the R in the provisions of SNI 1726:2019. However, in the structure with SRPMB the value of R is very much different from the provisions. Keywords: Response Modification Value, SMRFS, OMRFS, Structural Performance, Pushover Analysis Nilai faktor modifikasi respon gempa (R) berpengaruh pada hasil simpangan antar lantai pada struktur SRPMK, dimana semakin kecil nilai R maka simpangan yang terjadi akan semakin besar serta kebutuhan tulangan longitudinal akan semakin banyak. Pada struktur yang tidak mengikuti ketentuan SRPMK, di beberapa lokasi diperoleh kebutuhan tulangan yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan struktur yang menggunakan ketentuan SRPMK. Berdasarkan SNI 1726-2019, Jakarta terletak pada lokasi dengan kategori desain seismik D, sehingga harus didesain sebagai struktur SRPMK, dengan syarat pendetailan yang ketat. Kinerja dari suatu struktur dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode pushover. Penelitian dilakukan dengan konfigurasi 4 dan 8 lantai, dengan kondisi tanah lunak dan sedang serta menggunakan SRPMK dan SRPMB. Dari hasil analisa penelitian didapatkan dimensi penampang pada kolom dan balok sistem struktur bangunan momen biasa dengan jenis tanah lunak merupakan dimensi penampang terbesar dibandingkan dengan yang lainnya. Sesuai dengan ketentuan ATC-40 struktur termasuk dalam level kategori Damage Control yang berarti transisi antara Immediate Occupancy dan Life Safety bangunan masih mampu menahan gaya gempa yang terjadi, dengan risiko korban jiwa manusia sangat kecil. Nilai R riil pada struktur dengan SRPMK tidak jauh berbeda dengan R pada ketentuan SNI 1726:2019. Namun, pada struktur dengan SRPMB nilai R sangat jauh berbeda dengan ketentuan.
