Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 82 karyawan di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 82 karyawan di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Pengembangan Karir secara langsung berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng (2) Pengembangan karir secara langsung berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Motivasi di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng (3) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi Motivasi kerja di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng (4) Kepemimpinan secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng (5) Kepemimpinan secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng (6) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi Motivasi kerja di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng, dan (7) Motivasi kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Menteng.
