Abstract
It is known, in Banten, there is a food and beverage company. The main product produced is fruit juice with the fresh fruit is the main raw material. One of the bestselling and most-produced products is the Pink guava Juice product, which is made from pink guava as the main raw material. In ordering pink guava raw materials, it is known that there are often delays in delivery and sometimes the raw materials are out of stock. There are four suppliers of pink guava raw materials. Seeing this problem, it is necessary to conduct an assessment and selection of the right supplier so that the production process activities of the Pink guava Juice product can run smoothly and can meet consumer demand on time. Currently, it is known that the company has not been optimal in assessing the performance of each supplier. This is because of the limited man power and the use of structured methods, so that the supplier performance assessment is only based on joint discussions. Supplier performance assessment is a multi-criteria problem that includes quantitative and qualitative factors. One of the methods that can be used to assess supplier performance is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. After processing the data using the Analytical Process Hierarchy method, the main criteria results with the highest score achieved by cost (0.33), followed by performance history (0.25), quality (0.15), responsiveness (0.136), dan delivery (0.135). Supplier with the highest score is supplier A (0.321), followed by supplier B (0.241), supplier D (0.223) dan supplier C (0.215). Diketahui salah satu perusahaan jus di Banten memproduksi berbagai minuman dan makanan.Produk utama yang diproduksi adalah minuman sari buah/jus yang berbahan baku buah asli. Diketahui salah satu produk yang paling laku terjual dan paling banyak diproduksi ialah produk jus Pink guava yang berbahan baku utama pink guava atau jambu biji merah muda. Dalam pemesanan bahan baku pink guava, diketahui sering mengalami keterlambatan pengiriman dan terkadang bahan baku out of stock. Ada empat supplier bahan baku pink guava. Melihat permasalahan ini, perlu dilakukannya penilaian dan pemilihan supplier yang tepat agar kegiatan proses produksi produk jus Pink guava dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen tepat waktu. Saat ini, diketahui bahwa perusahaan belum optimal dalam menilai kinerja setiap supplier. Hal tersebut karena terbatasnya man power dan belum digunakannya metode yang terstruktur sehingga penilaian kinerja supplier hanya berdasarkan diskusi bersama. Penilaian kinerja supplier merupakan masalah multi kriteria yang meliputi faktor kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kinerja supplier adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan metode Analytical Process Hierarchy didapat hasil kriteria utama dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu kriteria cost (0.33), diikuti performance history (0.25), quality (0.15), responsiveness (0.136), dan delivery (0.135). Supplier dengan nilai bobot tertinggi yaitu supplier A (0.321), supplier B (0.241), supplier D (0.223) dan supplier C (0.215).
