Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding berjumlah 230 responden, dengan total sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan penelitian variabel, dengan metode teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Variance Based Structural Evequation Modeling. Hasil penelitian dalam studi ini menemukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan beban kerja dan stres kerja secara bersama berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work stress on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population of this study is the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding totaly 230 respondents, with the number of samples is 75 respondents. This research uses causality quantitative research method. The data were collected using questionnaires pertaining to research variables, using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data analysis method used is Variance Based Structural Evequation Modeling. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that workload had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job stress had a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction, while workload and work stress together had an insignificant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at PT.
