Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the employees at PT. Soltius Indonesia. The population of this study are employees who work at PT. Soltius Indonesia. This study used a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire which is measured with a Likert scale. From the results of testing and analysis conducted, that the factors that affect the performance of the employees are motivation, job satisfaction, and leadership style, it can be said to have a positive and significant effect. KEYWORD: Kinerja karyawan,Motivasi,Gaya kepemimpinan,Kepuasan kerja Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dari para karyawan di PT.soltius indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah para karyawan yang bekerja di PT.soltius indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan kuisioner yang di ukur dengan skala likert. Dari hasil Pengujian dan analisis yang dilakukan,bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dari para karyawan adalah Motivasi,Kepuasan kerja, dan Gaya kepemimpinan, Dapat dikatakan berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan. KATA KUNCI : Kinerja karyawan,Motivasi,Gaya kepemimpinan,Kepuasan kerja
