Abstract

ABSTRAK Saat ini PERUMDA Tirta Medal baru bisa melayani 75,26% , sehingga pada saat musim kemarau dan kapasitas air baku menurun pelayanan menjadi tidak maksimal dan menjadi penyebab terjadinya krisis air,bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan huumas pemerintah PERUMDA Tirta Medal Cabang ujung jaya dalam penanganan krisis air Bersih. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hal ini dikarenakan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kualitatif sehingga akan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata. Data yang dianalisis di dalamnya berbentuk deskriptif dan tidak berupa angka-angka seperti halnya pada penelitian kuantitatif. Kondisi krisis air bersih yang terjadi dikecamatan Ujungjaya merupakan kondisi krisis bertahan (sustained crises). Kondisi krisis bertahan adalah krisis yang tetap muncul selama berbulan - bulan atau bertahun – tahun walaupun telah dilakukan upaya terbaik oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Humas pemerintah PERUMDA Tirta Medal telah menjalankan fungsi humas pemerintah dalam penanganan krisis air bersih. Dengan menetapkan startegi penanganan krisis air bersih dan berupaya mengamankan setiap kebijakan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah daerah, menyampaikan informasi baik ke pihak internal perusahaan atau kepada masyarakat menjadi komunikator dan berperan serta dalam dalam menciptakan iklim yang kondusif. Kata Kunci : Humas Pemerintah, Pemerintah Daerah, Strategi Humas, Masyarakat, Krisis Air, Krisis Bertahan. ABSTRACT Currently PERUMDA Tirta Medal can only serve 75.26%, so that during the dry season and raw water capacity decreases the service becomes not optimal and becomes the cause of the water crisis. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Because the type of data used in this study is included in qualitative research so that it will produce descriptive data in the form of words. The data analyzed in it is in the form of descriptive and not in the form of numbers as is the case in quantitative research. The condition of the clean water crisis that occurred in the Ujungjaya sub-district is a sustained crisis. A persistent crisis is a crisis that persists for months or years despite the best efforts of the company's management. The results of this study indicate that the government PR of PERUMDA Tirta Medal has carried out the function of government public relations in handling the clean water crisis. By setting a strategy for handling the clean water crisis and trying to secure every policy issued by the local government, conveying information either to the company's internal parties or to the public to become communicators and participate in creating a conducive climate.
