Abstract

Risk Analysis of Upper Structural Work in the Collins Boulevard Apartment Development Project, Muhammad Zidane Alifansyah, 41118010001, Lily Kholida, ST., MT., 2022. The implementation of high-rise building construction projects has a high risk due to the large weight of the work and the high structure built. The construction process in this project is very complex and takes a long time so that it can create uncertainty which will lead to the emergence of various types of risks. This study aims to determine the risk factors that occur in the work of the superstructure, the level of risk, and to determine the risk response of the work of the superstructure on the Collins Boulevard Apartment Development Project. In this study, the authors used a 3-stage questionnaire regarding the risks of upper structure work which was distributed to experts and respondents. The results of the questionnaire obtained will be carried out non-parametric analysis, validity test, reliability test and descriptive statistical analysis using statistical data processing application (SPSS) software and Risk Relative Importance Index (RRI) analysis which can determine the level of risk that occurs in an indicator in probabilitas and dampak matrix form. There are 3 variables of the highest risk factors in the work of the superstructure, namely design changes that affect material specifications getting an RRI value of (12,589), material loss and damage getting an RRI value of (10,212), and low worker productivity getting an RRI value of (9,790).
