Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out; a) the effect of motivation and workload partially on the performance of Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II at Terminal 2 of Soekarno- Hatta International Airport. b) simultaneous effect of motivation and workload on the performance of Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II at Terminal 2 of Soekarno- Hatta International Airport. The research sample amounted to 70 and data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and for the purposes of hypothesis testing using a significant level of 5%. The results showed that there was a significant effect of motivation and workload partially on the performance of Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II at Terminal 2 of Soekarno- Hatta International Airport, this finding is proven in the acquisition of sig. t test of both independent variables <5%. Furthermore, simultaneously the research results also show the influence of motivation and workload on the performance of Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II at Terminal 2 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, this finding is proven by the acquisition of sig. F test <5%. Motivation is proven to be the most dominant variable affecting the performance of Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II at Terminal 2 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The strength of the relationship between motivation and workload on the performance of Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II at Terminal 2 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is strong and has positive values, while the effective contribution is 36.1%. Keywords : Motivation, Workload and Performance Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui; a) pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II di Terminal 2 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. b) pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II di Terminal 2 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Selanjutnya metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan untuk kepentingan uji hipotesis menggunakan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan motivasi dan beban kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II di Terminal 2 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta pada, temuan ini dibuktikan pada peolehan nilai sig. uji t kedua variabel bebas < 5%. Selanjutnya secara simultan hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II di Terminal 2 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta, temuan ini dibuktikan oleh perolehan nilai sig. uji F < 5%. Motivasi terbukti sebagai variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II di Terminal 2 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Kekuatan hubungan antara motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja Aviation Security PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II di Terminal 2 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta adalah kuat dan bernilai positif. Sedangkan sumbangan efektifnya adalah 36,1%. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja dan Kinerja
