Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan Evergreen Village. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakam Sampling . Nonprobability Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Alat analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 25. Pene litian ini membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi yang berupa uang pension berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesetiaan dalam Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja yang berupa pencahayaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesetia an dalam Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were 50 Evergreen Village employees. The sample used is the entire population of 50 employees. The sampling method uses Nonprobability Sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis tool uses Sta tistical Product and Service Solutions version 25. This study proves that compensation in the form of pensions has a positive and significant effect on loyalty in employee job satisfaction. The work environment in the form of lighting has a positive and si gnificant effect on loyalty in employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Job Sstisfaction
