Abstract

P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko online Shopee . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna internet yang pernah berbelanja di Shopee. Sampel yang dipergunakan ad Shopee , alah sebanyak 100 pengguna internet ynag pernah belanja di penelitian ini menggunakan rumus purposive sampling Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan IBM S . PSS Statisti 22. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga berpengaruh positif dan k tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: berpengaruh positif dan Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian. The research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchase decisions at Shopee's online store. The population in this study was internet users who had shopped at Shopee. The sample used is as many as 100 internet user s who have shopped at Shopee. this study uses purposive sampling formula. The data collection method uses survey methods, with research instruments being questionnaires. Data analysis method using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. This research proves that the qual ity of the product has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price positive and no significant effect on purchasing decisions.
