Abstract

This study aims to determine the awareness of WhatsApp group users about the effects that will occur, especially the effect of increasing activities in playing soccer. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method with the technique of distributing questionnaires and collecting documentation or other supporting data. The sampling procedure of this study used the Slovin formula technique, namely n = N: 1 + Ne2 with a total of 92 respondents consisting of 72 male respondents and 20 female respondents as research samples. The results showed that there was an effect of WA group on increasing soccer playing activities because the results of the significant value obtained were 4.99769146723059E-07 ( 0% ) or less than 0.05 (5%). And the results of this study also show that there is a positive influence of wa group on increasing soccer playing activities from the coefficient of determination value of 24% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Whatsapp, Whatsapp Groups, Improved Playing Footbal Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran pengguna whatsapp grup akan pengaruh yang akan terjadi khususnya pengaruh peningkatan kegiatan dalam bermain bola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik menyebarkan kuesioner dan mengumpulkan dokumentasi atau data-data pendukung lainnya. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik rumus slovin yaitu n = N : 1 + Ne2 dengan jumlah 92 responden yang terdiri dari 72 responden laki-laki dan 20 responden perempuan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh WA grup terhadap peningkatan kegiatan bermain bola karena hasil dari nilai signifikan yang diperoleh sebesar 4,99769146723059E-07 ( 0% ) atau lebih kecil dari 0.05(5%). Dan hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif wa grup terhadap peningkatan kegiatan bermain bola dari nilai coefficient determinasi sebesar 24% dan sisahnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
