Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja internal terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT. Thyssenkrupp Elevator. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 80 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan setelah dimediasi lingkungan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan setelah dimediasi lingkungan kerja Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and internal work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were 100 employees of PT. Thyssenkrupp Elevator. The sample used is as many as 80 employees. The sampling method used the slovin formula. The method of collecting data using a survey method with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 21. This study proves that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect after being mediated by the work environment.
