Abstract

ABSTRACT Human resource development in a company can be done by maintaining and increasing work motivation, one of which is by providing compensation. The compensation needed today is not only financial compensation but also nonfinancial compensation. This study aims to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on work motivation of generation z employees. The subjects of this study were 101 respondents with a birth age range from 1995 to 2010 who were located in DKI Jakarta. Collecting data using a questionnaire in the form of google form with purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis in this study uses linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that there is an effect of non-financial compensation on work motivation of generation Z. Kompensasi yang dibutuhkan saat ini tidak hanya kompensasi finansial namun juga kompensasi non finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi non finansial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan generasi z. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 101 responden dengan rentang usia kelahiran 1995-2010 yang berlokasi kerja di DKI Jakarta. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner berupa google form dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh kompensasi non finansial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan generasi Z.
