Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of stress and psychological well-being on the work performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. Hardianus Sinaga Pangururan. This research approach uses quantitative methods with linear and multiple regression techniques. The sampling technique used a Saturation Sampling. The number of subjects in this study were 83 nurses who had criteria (1) permanent nurses at RSUD Dr. Hardianus Sinaga Pangururan, (2) age 27-50 years. Data processing using SPSS 26 program. Data analysis to test the hypothesis of simple linear regression and multiple regression. The results showed that stress had a positive effect on work performance with an R2 value of 0.660 while psychological wellbeing had a positive effect on work performance with an R2 value of 0.656. Simultaneously, there is an effect of stress and psychological well-being on work performance. It can be seen from the R2 value of 0.742, it can be said that there is a positive influence between stress and psychological well-being on work performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh stres dan psychological well-being terhadap prestasi kerja perawat RSUD Dr. Hardianus Sinaga Pangururan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear dan berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah subyek penelitian ini yaitu 83 perawat yang memiliki kriteria (1) perawat tetap RSUD Dr. Hardianus Sinaga Pangururan, (2) berusia 27-50 tahun. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 26. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,660 sementara psychological well-being berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,656. Secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh stres dan psychological well-being terhadap prestasi kerja dapat dilihat dari nilai R2 sebesar 0,742 maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara stres dan psychological well-being terhadap prestasi kerja.
