Abstract
ABSTRAK Televisi telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia Maka sangat penting sebuah stasiun televisi untuk membuat sebuah program yang tepat. Dalam stasiun televisi, terdapat tim produksi yang bertugas memproduksi program acara tersebut. Salah satu bagian terpenting dalam tim produksi adalah asisten produksi. Asisten produksi dituntut untuk bekerja mulai dari tahap pra produksi sampai tahap pasca produksi, guna mendukung keberhasilan sebuah program televisi. Tujuan peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui peran apa saja yang dilakukan seorang asisten produksi dalam program “Pagi-pagi Pasti Happy” Periode 1 September – 1 Oktober 2018 Di TRANS TV. Kerangka teori dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang Komunikasi Massa, Pengertian Televisi, Program Televisi, Asisten Produksi dan Tahapan produksi televisi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini didapat dengan cara wawancara kepada narasumber yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian yang berkompeten dalam bidangnya masingmasing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam tahap Pra-Produksi Asisten Produksi mempersipakan seluruh kebutuhan shooting. Pada tahap Produksi mereka bertugas memastikan seluruh alat siaran siap digunakan, serta berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait guna melancarkan proses shooting. Dan dalam tahap PascaProduksi, Mereka bertanggung jawab atas hasil shooting dan memastikan bahwa semua alat yang digunakan juga dalam keadaan baik. It is very important for a television station to make an appropriate program. In the television station, there is a production team in charge of producing the program. One of the most important parts of the production team is the production assistant. Production assistants are required to work from the pre-production stage to the postproduction stage, to support the success of a television program. The aim of the researchers was to find out what roles a production assistant carried out in the "Definitely Happy Morning" program from September 1 to October 1, 2018 on TRANS TV. The theoretical framework in this study discusses Mass Communication, Definition of Television, Television Programs, Production Assistants and Stages of television production. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach where the method used is a case study. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained by interviewing informants related to the object of research that is competent in their respective fields. The results showed that in the Pre-Production stage the Production Assistant provided all shooting needs. At the Production stage they are tasked with ensuring that all broadcast devices are ready to be used, as well as coordinating with relevant departments to launch the shooting process. And in the PostProduction stage, they are responsible for the results of shooting and ensuring that all equipment used is also in good condition.
