Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, role conflict and workload on the turnover intention of PT. Milenia Multivisi. The object of this research are all employees who work at PT. Milenia Multivisi. This study was conducted on 70 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, role conflict has a significant positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. Milenia Multivisi. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Role Conflict, Workload, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, konflik peran dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Milenia Multivisi. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Milenia Multivisi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, konflik peran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT.
