Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi CSV pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk pada tahun 2018. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk dipilih karena perusahaan tersebut telah menerapkan konsep Creating Shared Value dalam visi, misi, serta nilai-nilai yang disebut dengan istilah Unilever Sustainable Living Plan, di mana belum semua perusahaan di Indonesia mewujudkan hal tersebut. Objek penelitian yang digunakan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif menggunakan teknik studi pustaka dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan tahunan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Hasil penelitian ini adalah PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk telah menjalankan standar perilaku agar dapat dilakukan untuk siapa saja, baik internal, klien dan masyarakat, meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis agar mengurangi kemiskinan, mengurangi Kelaparan (SDG2) meningkatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas, dan berkurangnya kesenjangan, serta memperkenalkan pemanfaatan energi biomassa dalam proses produksi. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk was chosen because the company has implemented the concept of Creating Shared Value in its vision, mission, and values called the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan, where not all companies in Indonesia have realized this plan. The object of this study is PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. This study uses a qualitative method using literature study techniques by analyzing the annual financial statements of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The results of this study are PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk has implemented standards of behavior so that it can be done for anyone, both internal, client and community, increasing business growth to reduce poverty, reducing hunger (SDG2), improving quality education, and reducing inequality, and introducing the utilization of biomass energy in the production process.
