Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the General Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Industry. The population in this study were employees of the General Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of the Ministry. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that there were 62 respondents who were analyzed, with the result that population use as a sample. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The method of analysis is done through Partial Least Square version 3.0 PLS. The results showed that Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the General Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Industry, Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the General Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Industry, and Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Bureau of General Secretariat General of the Ministry of Industry. Keyword : Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Perindustrian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Kementerian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga terdapat 62 responden sehingga, populasi dijadikan sampel, Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis dilakukan melalui Partial Least Square versi 3.0 PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Perindustrian, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Perindustrian, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Perindustrian.
